当社の同焦点距離エクステンダは、無限遠補正の対物レンズの同焦点距離を一定の長さだけ伸ばします。同焦点距離は、対物レンズの肩から焦点面までの距離です。同焦点距離は製造会社によって異なりますし、また同じ会社の製品でも対物レンズによって異なります。共通基準についてはTable 1.3をご参照ください。顕微鏡の対物レンズを変更するときに同焦点距離エクステンダを使用すると、焦点の再調整が容易になります。同焦点距離エクステンダを使用する際は、対物レンズからチューブレンズまでの最大推奨距離を超えないようにしてください。そうしないと、ビネットが発生する可能性があります。

当社では15 mmおよび35 mmのエクステンダをご用意しており、何れも業界標準に適合するRMSまたはM25 x 0.75の内ネジが付いています(詳細についてはTable 1.2 と 1.3 をご参照ください)。15 mmのアダプタを2つ重ねると、45 mmの同焦点距離を75 mmまで伸ばせます。35 mmのアダプタを使用すると、スーパーアポクロマート対物レンズTL4X-SAPの同焦点距離を60 mmから95 mmに伸ばして、スーパーアポクロマート対物レンズTL2X-SAPの同焦点距離と一致させることができます。その他のネジ仕様の対物レンズまたは対物レンズホルダに対しては、対応するネジ付きアダプタを豊富に取り揃えております。ネジ付きアダプタを使用しても同焦点距離を伸ばすことができます。

RMSネジ付きのエクステンダPLE152は対物レンズターレットOT1に直接取り付けられます。このターレットにはRMSネジが付いており、4つの対物レンズを手動で切り替えることができます。

It would be useful if you offered similar parfocal length extenders to use with your LMU-series UV objectives. The 40x and 20x do not conform to the usual parfocal length standards. I haven't looked at the rest. I'm currently having made M25 to RMS extenders for the 40x and 20x for my own use.

Could i get a quote for a custom PL15M25, but 50mm long? I suppose that would then be a PL50M25

Response from Bweh at Thorlabs USA: We can provide this as a special item. You could also consider a combination of components such as an SM1A18, SM1L10, SM1V05, and SM1A17. I will follow-up with you to understand your application as most microscope objective parfocal distances are 60mm, 45mm or 75mm.
