これらのアルミニウム製でアルマイト加工が施されていない非磁性ブレッドボードは、試作品や実験の用途に合わせてブレッドボードを改造する際に便利かつコスト効率の良い製品となっております。表面は精密研磨仕上げされ、標準的な25 mm(ミリ規格)間隔の貫通ネジ穴パターンは、ボードの端から12.5 mmオフセットされています。 各ブレッドボードはアルミニウム5083で製造されており、カスタマイズしやすくするためアルマイト加工を施していません。酸化アルミニウムのコーティングは、ブレッドボードの反射を最小限に抑えますが、硬度も高くなるためアルマイト加工済みのブレッドボードは機械加工しにくくなります。
それぞれのブレッドボードに付いている4つもしくは5つの取付け穴はザグリ穴になっているので、ネジ頭が出ない連続的な表面を有します。4つの標準的な取付け穴は、それぞれのブレッドボードの四隅、端から25 mm(ミリ規格品)のところに付いています。サイズの大きいボード(MB3045U/M、MB3060U/M、MB4560U/M、MB1218U、MB1224U、MB1824U)には、それぞれの中央に5つ目の取付け用ザグリ穴が付いています。この中央の取付け穴によって取付けオプションが広がると同時に、高負荷がかけられた際も角の取付け穴の応力を緩和し、また、ボードの剛性も強化されます。取付け穴によりブレッドボードを光学テーブルや別のブレッドボード、ポスト、ブラケットほか様々な部品に取り付けることが可能になります。
ネジ穴はブレッドボードを貫通しているので、コンポーネントを裏、表どちらの面にも取り付けることが可能です。Ø38 mm(Ø1.5インチ)ポストを使用して、ブレッドボードを光学テーブルの上(または別のブレッドボード)に取り付ければ光軸の高さを調整することができます。これらのブレッドボードは、90°または垂直取り付け用ブラケットを用いて垂直に取付けることができます。
ブレッドボードにアルマイト加工が施されていないことで、穴パターンのカスタマイズや改造が容易にできるだけでなく、10-6 Torr以下の真空環境下でも使用できるようになっています。ただし、真空環境下でご使用の際には、使用前にブレッドボードを洗浄する必要があります。これらブレッドボードを真空の用途でご使用される場合の詳細については、当社までお問い合わせください。
その他の真空対応製品として、当社では同じ厚さで剛性が高い不動化処理済みステンレススチール製ブレッドボードをご用意しております。黒色アルマイト加工が施されたブレッドボードも各サイズご提供可能です。ブレッドボードを黒色アルマイトコーティングすることにより、迷光反射を低減することができます。

For your unanodised solid aluminium optical breadboards for use in vacuum, what grade of aluminium is used?
Also are they made from cast tooling plate?
