The CP90F-F Front Plate is the mounting carriage of the CP90F removable cage plate. The carriage accepts Ø1" (Ø25.4 mm) optics up to 0.20" (5.1 mm) thick and can house an SM1-threaded components up to 3/16" (4.7 mm) thick [not including threaded stub, 1.2" (30 mm) OD] without sacrificing the ability to remove the assembly from a closed cage system. Three sets of ball bearings on the back of the plate can couple to the rare earth magnets in the CP90F-B back plate. To insert or remove the carriage from a closed 30 mm cage system, separate it from the back plate, rotate it sideways, and slide it out from between the cage rods.
