当社は、実験ツールを整理して見つけやすくするために設計したホルダ付きのボール(六角)ドライバーキットをご提供しています。BT17/Mは、Ø12 mm～Ø12.7 mm(Ø1/2インチ)ポスト取付け部品を保持することもできます。MPT01は、小型のツール、パーツ、アクセサリなどを整理・保管するのに便利です。大型装備としては、多様なシェルフのオプション付き19インチラックシステムを使って幅広い実験装備やツールを整理することができます。19インチラックシステムは、当社のオプトメカニクスキットの保持用にもお使いいただけます。

六角レンチは様々な種類をご用意しております。標準の六角レンチはベンチトップ型整理ラック(TC3/M、BT17/M、TC4/Mなど)のほか、六角レンチキット(HK2A98、HK2B88)やセット(HK050、564HK)に入っています。チタンと非磁性の六角レンチは単体で販売しております。当社では、六角レンチサイズが簡単に分かる色付きの熱収縮チューブがついた六角レンチのセットもご用意しております。これらの種類の六角レンチの寸法は下記の通り若干異なります。一部は下表の型番をクリックすると単体でもお買い求めいただけます。

Thorlabs' Smart Pack Initiative is aimed at minimizing waste while providing adequate protection for our products. By eliminating any unnecessary packaging, implementing design changes, and utilizing eco-friendly materials, this initiative seeks to reduce the environmental impact of our product packaging.

The updated BT17 and BT17/M packaging primarily consists of recycled paper and cardboard and weighs 41.27% less than the original packaging. This weight change results in a reduction in travel-based CO₂ emissions of 107.78 kg per year for the BT17 and 129.34 kg per year for the BT17/M, based on typical product sales.

As we move through our product line, we will indicate re-engineered, eco-friendly packaging with our Smart Pack logo, which can be seen above.

While we do not offer the caddies separately as of now, I can certainly pass along your request to our design engineers through our internal suggestion forum. I have also reached out to you directly to discuss purchasing separate caddies as a component.

Hi, The organizers are a great idea. HOWEVER, a lot of us lab rats already have our tools, but need organizers. It would be a huge benefit if you would sell the organizers separately. I especially would be interested in seeing something very similar to your TC4 BUT have two sets of generic holes that would fit either imperial or metric balldrivers. Two sets because I use both imperial and metric balldrivers on a daily basis!

Is it possible to buy a TC4/M without the hex keys/ball drivers? We already have nicer ball drivers we prefer to use, but I would like to buy the caddy.

I would like to be able to buy just the caddy of the TC2 balldriver set. I had ordered some comfort-grip balldrivers from another vendor, and now I would like more of the same great TC2-caddies to put them in!

このボール(六角)ドライバーキットにはミリ規格とインチ規格があり、もっとも一般的に使われる幅広いボールドライバと六角レンチを便利なスタンドに収納しています。スタンドには精密機械加工が施されていて、各ボールドライバと六角レンチの位置をラベルで表示しています。ベース(IB3)の幅は広いので、研究室のあらゆる場所に安定して置くことができます。付属のボールドライバならびに六角レンチの長さについては上の「ツールの寸法」タブからご覧ください。

磁石を覆うゴム製のカバーが取付け面を保護

こちらのマグネットトレイは、キャップスクリュほか締め具など小さなツールの保管に適しています。Ø152.0 mm、深さ31.0 mmのトレイの外側にØ82.5 mmのの磁石が付いています。この磁石があることによって、トレイ自体を鉄製の表面(光学テーブルやブレッドボードなど)上に保持するのと同時に、トレイ内の磁性部品も内側に固定することができます。磁石を覆うゴム製のカバーにより、鉄製の取付け表面に損傷を与えません。

右の写真のように垂直面にトレイを取り付けた場合、プラスチック製のカウルが非磁性部品や磁石から外れた部品を保持します。カウルはピボット型ですが、上端と下端では不要に動かないように位置を固定できます。

垂直面に取り付けた時の最大荷重は、トレイが磁石で付いている表面と、磁石と負荷のかかる点の位置関係に依存します。トレイがテーブルフレームにしっかり付いていて、負荷がトレイの中央にかかっている場合の推奨最大荷重は1 kgです。プラスチック製カウルの推奨最大荷重は0.5 kgです。
