Figure 1.2  当社では、様々なサイズのレンズやミラーマウントに対応する製品組み込み用(OEM用)固定式マウントをご用意しています。また、ベースプレートは回転式と移動式がございます。すべてのマウントとベースプレートは、光軸の高さが統一されています。

当社の製品組み込み用(OEM用)固定式マウントは、レーザーシステム製品の研究開発から製品組み込み用(OEM用)大量生産へのシームレスな移行に利用可能です。すべてのマウントの光軸の高さが統一されているため、光路の一貫性と互換性が得られ、試作品のレイアウトや生産統合を簡素化することができます。また、ベースプレートが独立しているため、柔軟な試作品製作や開発段階での完全な光学システムへの統合が可能です。固定された光学素子の高さと設置面積により、ほかのシステムにマウントを直接移動することができ、共振器にも対応可能な筐体は、カスタム仕様のレーザーシステムの基礎構造に直接取り付けることができます。この総合的な構造により、組み込み用途(OEM用途)向け製品の設計者は標準ブレッドボード上で光学システムを迅速に開発・反復することができます。それらのアセンブリは、アライメント形状を変更することなくそのまま生産環境に展開できるため、検証要件が軽減され、長期的なシステム信頼性が向上します。

キネマティック調整が不要な用途では、これらのSM内ネジ付き固定式レンズマウントでレンズなどの光学部品を固定できます。 これらのマウントには取付フランジが付いており、シリーズ全体で共通のマウント高さ維持するため、組み込み用途(OEM用途)に適しています。各マウントはアルマイト加工無しのアルミニウム6061-T6製で、2重の真空バッグに入っているため、クリーンルームや真空チャンバでの環境に適しています。真空での仕様はTable 1.1をご参照ください。Figure 1.2のように、これらのマウントの光軸の高さは当社の固定式ミラーマウントと統一されているため、組み込み用途(OEM用途)に適しています。

製品組み込み用途(OEM用途)向け固定式レンズマウント(FLMシリーズ)
当社では、FLMシリーズの固定式レンズマウントをØ12 mm～Ø12.7 mm(Ø1/2インチ）、Ø25 mm～Ø25.4 mm(Ø1インチ)、Ø50 mm～Ø50.8 mm(Ø2インチ)光学素子用でご用意しています。付属の固定リングを使用してマウントの突き当てに光学素子を固定することができます。SMネジについての詳細は「ネジ仕様」タブをご覧ください。また、SMネジ付き内孔により、様々なネジ付き光学部品を直接取り付けることができます、取付フランジの2つの貫通穴は取付用のM6キャップスクリュに対応し、そのうちの1つは肩付きネジを使用して、タイトフィット可能で、位置決めの再現性が得られる貫通穴となっています。各光学素子サイズ用のマウントには、標準型と厚みのある光学素子に対応する厚型があます。

製品組み込み用途(OEM用途)向け固定式マウント用ベースプレート
標準的なブレッドボードや光学テーブルに対応できるよう、ベースプレートを別途ご用意しています。最大31.8 mmの直線移動が可能な手動式の移動ベースプレートや、最大90°の回転調整が可能な回転ベースプレートなどがございます。

ネジ仕様

下記はネジの概要についての説明です。仕様や寸法の詳細については、市販のMachinery's Handbook等をご参照ください。

ネジ山の名称
ネジ山は頂点(crest)、斜面(flank)、谷(root)の3つが繰り返されることで構成されています(右図参照)。特殊な場合を除き、ネジ山は、頂点または谷の中心に垂直な線を描いたとき、両側が対称的で、同じ角度で傾斜しています。隣り合うネジ山の間の距離はネジピッチと呼ばれます。フランク角とは、ネジ軸に対して垂直な線と斜面がなす角度と定義します。別途特記のない限り、ネジ山の斜面角度は30°なので、斜面と斜面の間の角度は合計で60°となります。それぞれの名称は右の図で示されています。

ネジの外径はネジ山の頂点の径、内径はネジの谷の径となります。ほとんどのネジでは頂点や谷の先端が鋭点ではないため、外径や内径の定義には頂点や谷を丸めた値が含まれています。ピッチ径は、外径と内径のおおよその中間値となります。　

Thread Form
Thread Formはネジの特長を定義しています。世界の多くで使用されているのはISOミリネジで、国際単位系で測定されています。またアメリカではインチ単位で測定されたユニファイネジが一般的です。ユニファイネジには様々な形状がありますが、UN規格は谷の輪郭が平ら、UNR規格では丸くなります。UNやUNRに文字を追加することによりネジ山の形状が詳細に説明されます。例えば谷の輪郭が平ら(UN規格)で極細目(extremely fine)のネジはUNEFネジとなります。またユニファイネジ規格で特殊なネジはUNSネジとなります。　

Thread Series
ほとんどのネジはThread Seriesで識別されます。Thread Seriesは外径とネジ山の密度で示されます。ネジ山の密度はミリネジではネジピッチ、ユニファイネジではThreads per Inch(TPI)で規定されています。ユニファイネジの場合、1/4"-20キャップスクリュのバレルは直径が1/4インチ、ピッチは20 TPIと表されます。ミリ規格のM4 x 0.7キャップスクリュのバレルは直径が4 mm、ピッチが0.7 mmです。M4 x 0.7はよくM4に省略されています。

  • 公差等級が上がると公差が大きくなります。通常の長さのはめあいでは下線が引いてある等級が使用されます。

Thread Class
ネジ山の公差と許容差は、ネジのクラス(thread class)によって示されます。ユニファイネジは英数字で識別されます。数字は1から3まであり、大きいほど公差が厳しくなります。また、Aは外ネジ、Bは内ネジを示しています。

ミリネジは、数字の3から9までの公差等級と、eからhまでの公差位置で公差が決まります。等級がそのまま公差の度合を示しており、数字が小さいほど公差が厳しくなります。位置はピッチ径からの公差の距離を示しています。またアルファベットの大文字は内ネジ、小文字は外ネジです。　

Machinery's Handbook, 29th Edition, p. 1885より(和訳):「公差域クラスは、最初にピッチ径の等級と位置が記述され、次に外ネジの場合は外径のの等級と位置、内ネジの場合は内径の等級と位置が記述されます。よって外ネジの場合は4g6g、内ネジの場合5H6Hというような表記となります。2つの等級と位置が同じの場合は、繰り返す必要がないため、4g4gの場合は4g、5H5Hの場合は5Hとなります。」

当社のSMシリーズ規格
SMシリーズ規格は、当社のレンズチューブやケージシステム部品に使用されています。下表はご用途に合ったコンポーネントを機械加工する際にご参照ください。多くのSMシリーズネジ規格は特殊ネジ(UNSネジ)で、側面角度は30°、ネジクラスは2A および2Bになっております。ただしSM30シリーズネジはミリネジで、側面角度は30°、公差は6H/6gです。当社ではCマウントやRMSネジ付きの製品もご用意しております。ネジ規格は下記をご覧ください。なお、他社製品は公差が下記ネジと異なる場合がありますのでご注意ください。こちらに掲載されていないネジの規格については当社までお問い合わせください。

These fixed optic mounts provide a simple solution for mounting lenses and other optical components. Each mount features an SM05-threaded (0.535"-40) bore for mounting Ø1/2" optics and other optical components. These mounts are offered in both a standard (Item # FLM05(/M)) and thick version (Item # FLM05T(/M)) to accommodate optics of varying thickness (See Table G1.2). Each mount includes a retaining ring which can be used to secure an optic against the rear lip of the mount. These mounts share a common optical axis height with our SM1- and SM2-threaded versions of these mounts as well as our series fixed mirror mounts for OEM applications, making them ideal for OEM integration.

For compatibility with breadboards and optical tables, please see Table G1.2 for recommended baseplates available separately below.

These fixed optic mounts provide a simple solution for mounting lenses and other optical components. Each mount features an SM2-threaded (2.035"-40) bore for mounting Ø2" optics and other optical components. These mounts are offered in both a standard (Item # FLM2(/M)) and thick version (Item #FLM2T(/M)) to accommodate optics of varying thickness (See Table G3.2). Each mount includes a retaining ring which can be used to secure an optic against the rear lip of the mount. These mounts share a common optical axis height with our SM05- and SM1-threaded versions of these mounts as well as our series fixed mirror mounts for OEM applications, making them ideal for OEM integration.

For compatibility with breadboards and optical tables, please see Table G3.2 for recommended baseplates available separately below.

Translation Baseplates for OEM Fixed Optic Mounts

These baseplates provide compatibility between OEM fixed optic mounts and standard breadboards or optical tables. Each baseplate includes four counterbored mounting holes for 1/4" (M6) cap screws to secure it to the optical table. Optic mounts are attached using two 1/4"-20 (M6 x 1.0) square nuts inserted into the translation clearance slots on the baseplate. This configuration allows the mounts to be translated by up to 1.25" (31.8 mm) while the baseplate remains stationary, as shown in Figure 803A.

The FMB2(/M) translation baseplate is compatible with OEM fixed optic mounts designed for Ø1/2" (Ø12.7 mm) and Ø1" (Ø25.4 mm) optics. The FMB3(/M) translation baseplate is compatible with mounts designed for Ø1.5" (Ø38.1 mm) and Ø2" (Ø50.8 mm) optics.
