KB1P/Mの背面プレートには、マグネットにより取り外し可能な取付けキャリッジがあります。このマウントは、レンズなどのØ25 mm～Ø25.4 mm(Ø1インチ)の光学素子を定期的かつ高い精度で光学系に脱着する必要のある用途向けに設計されています。取付けキャリッジがマグネットで脱着できるため、光学素子を再びセットアップに取り付けた際もアライメントの必要はありません。安定度、精度、再現性の向上を図るため、取付けキャリッジは3点で背面プレートに接触しています。接触点は2本の平行するスチール製ピンで形成された溝にあるボールベアリングです。結合力は希土類マグネットの使用により強化されています。

What is the holding force of the magnets? Your other kinematic baseplates (KB2x2, KB3x3) have 3 and 6lbs holding force.

Thank you for contacting Thorlabs. We tested the holding force on the KB1- series to be approximately 2.14 lbs.

Would it be possible to make a KB1F front plate that is tapped for SM1 retaining ring as normal, but untapped for the last 4 mm to the bottom lip that holds the optic?

What is the angular repeatability of these mounts? eg when using lenses in a removable telescope.
