コンビネーションスコヤLVL02 は、大工職で使われている類似品よりも感度に優れた精密機器です。 感度が測定時にバブルが動くために必要なティルト量を示すのに対して、精度はデバイスの平坦度の基準がどのぐらい真の平坦度に近いかを示します。 取外しが可能なステンレス製ブレードの両側には2つの目盛が付います。 片側には6.4 mm(1/4イ ンチ)の穴間隔で3.2 mm(1/8インチ)ごとに、また3.2 mmの穴間隔で1.6 mm(1/16インチ)ごとに印が付いています。 反対側には6.4 mm穴間隔で1.6 mmごとの印と3.2 mm穴間隔で0.8 mm(1/32インチ)ごとの印が付いています。 コンビネーションスコヤに付属する硬化けがき針は、ヘッドの後ろに簡単に収納することができて、すぐに取り出せます。
