アリ溝式移動ステージDTS50/Mは、一般的なモーションコントロール用のコンパクトなポジショナです。M6 x 1.0 mmピッチの精密送りネジを使用しており、50 mmの移動範囲全体に渡り滑らかでリニアな位置決めが可能です。送りネジ1回転毎のステージの移動量は1.0 mmです。ステージDTS50/Mの上面には、17個のM6 x 1.0タップ穴があるので、可動部品を自由に取り付けることができます。可動プラットフォームは側面の固定ブラケットのネジで固定可能で、位置ずれ防止用として使用できます。可動プラットフォームの両側面には1 mm単位の目盛が刻まれており、固定ブラケットの端を相対位置決め用の基準として利用できます。
取付けオプション
ステージは、上面プレートを適切な位置に移動させることによって現れる4つのM6ザグリ穴を使用して光学テーブルに直接固定できます。また、ステージは4つのクランプCL6(両側に2つずつ)でステージ底部のリリーフカットを固定することによる取り付けることも可能です(ページ上の写真参照)。ライザープレートDTSA01ならびにDTSA02には貫通穴が4つあり、取付け面とステージの間に取り付けることによってシステムの高さを上げる仕組みになっています。DTSA01を使用した場合のステージの高さは25 mm、DTSA02の場合には30 mmとなります。

多軸構成
DTS50/Mはモジュール式の設計になっており、複数のステージを組み合わせて2軸または3軸構成にすることができます。各ステージには位置決めピンが2つ付属しており、構築の際に様々な移動方向の直交性を保つために使用可能です。XY構成を構築する際には、2つのステージを直接結合することができます。Z方向に移動が必要な場合には、直角ブラケットDTSA03/Mを使用してステージを垂直に取り付けることが必要です。 ブラケットは水平方向のステージまたは光学テーブルに4つのM6ザグリ穴を使用して取り付けます。その後、ブラケット側面の8つのうち4つのM6 x 1.0タップ穴を使用して垂直に取り付けます。

手動リニアステージ
手動の移動ステージとして、最大移動量が6 mm以下から50 mmまでのステージをご用意しています。ステージの多くはXY軸やXYZ軸などの多軸構成での注文が可能です。ファイバ結合用としては、多軸ステージのページをご覧ください。標準の手動ステージを用いるよりも精密な調整が可能です。直線移動ステージのほかにも、回転ステージ、ピッチ＆ヨープラットフォームおよびゴニオメータもご用意しております。また、DCサーボモータ、ステッピングモータ、またはダイレクトドライブ技術を用いた電動移動ステージもご用意しています。
クロスローラーベアリングステージ
こちらの直線移動ステージの移動機構には、精密移動、高耐荷重、小角度偏差といった特性を有するクロスローラーベアリングが用いられています。LNRシリーズステージの本体はスチール製、LX、XRNおよびXRシリーズステージの本体はアルミニウム製です。

フレクシャーステージ
移動ステージNanoflex™には摩擦の無いフレクシャー機構が用いられており、ベアリングを用いた同様のステージと比較して位置決め性能と分解能が向上しています。ステージの移動は、取付けプラットフォームに取り付けられた連結部の弾性変形(たわみ)によって実現されています。多くのモデルには、微細な位置調整用にピエゾアクチュエータも付属します。
