当社のアリ溝式光学レールキャリアは、アリ溝式光学レールRLAシリーズに部品を取り付ける際に使用します。レールキャリアに取り付けられたオプトメカニクスは、レール上のどの位置に置いても、1次元での移動ができるようになります。すべての面は精密な機械加工が施されており、移動する際に優れた水平方向のアライメントを維持します。また、レールの端部からアクセスする必要がなく、既存のレールシステムに簡単に組み込むことができます。
このレールキャリアには4種類のタイプがあります。RC4は、長さ15.2 mm(0.6インチ)の小型のキャリアプラットフォームで、軽量のオプトメカニクス部品を取り付けるためのM4ザグリ穴が付いています。RC1は、長さ25 mm(1インチ)のキャリアプラットフォームで、M6ザグリ穴が付いています。RC2/Mは、長さ51 mm(2インチ)で、より長い部品に対応し、M6ザグリ穴のほかにM4タップ穴が2つ付いています。 RC2/Mには、アダプターリングSD1が付属しており、M4キャップスクリュをレールキャリアのM6ザグリ穴に使うことが可能です。また、RC3のアリ溝は、取り付けたレールRLAシリーズのアリ溝と直交するので、RC1、RC2/MまたはRC4を上部に取り付けることによって横軸粗調整が可能になります。

before and after locking the knob, how much dislocation or lateral movement will occur! jdelia

(posted 2015-09-08 19:32:35.257) The RC3 isn't specifically designed for the XE25 rail system so it would probably be best if you talked to an application engineer so that they could understand all the elements of your plan. I typically use the XT34 rail system (http://www.thorlabs.com/newgrouppage9.cfm?objectgroup_id=855) when building 2D or 3D load bearing structures that need rail carriers. Here is what I am going to do, use 4 XE25 rail vertically, and 4 RC3 on each rail, then these 4 RC3 carries two XE25 rails horizontally, then some weight on the two horizontal rails. Can it support 10kg? |
