こちらの顕微鏡用油浸オイルは、顕微鏡用油浸対物レンズと組み合わせてお使いいただくよう設計されています。対物レンズの前面とカバーガラスの間をオイルで満たすことによって、対物レンズの開口数を高め、対物レンズによる集光を最大化することができます。試料からの光の屈折を最小にするため、オイルの屈折率をカバーガラスとほぼ同じにする必要があります。
油浸オイルは低自家蛍光、もしくは超低自家蛍光タイプからお選びいただけます。自家蛍光とは、オイルを光に曝した際に自然に発光する蛍光のことです。 油浸オイルは、それぞれ異なるレベルの背景放射を持ち、像のコントラストを上げる場合と下げる場合があります。超低自家蛍光のオイルは、感度の高い用途やUV蛍光顕微鏡の用途に最適化されています。
油浸オイル使用後の対物レンズのクリーニングには、当社のレンズ用ティッシュMC-5など柔らかい光学クリーニングティッシュをご利用ください。

Refractive Index is 1.4 approx.

we bought this oil and this is great. However, I cannot find the refractive index as a function of wavelength. This is important for our interferometry experiments.
