当社のXRNシリーズのプラットフォームは、XRNシリーズの幅50.7 mmのアリ溝付きステージおよびレールに部品を取り付けることができるよう設計されています。これらのプラットフォームを1度取り付ければ、オプトメカニクス部品をレール上の任意の位置にスライドさせたり、XRNシリーズのアリ溝付き部品を取り付けたりできるようになります。プラットフォームの表面は、内部応力を最小化して安定性を向上させるためにアルミニウム鋳造材から加工しています。 アリ溝用クランプネジによって、レール端にアクセスすることなく既存のレールシステムに簡単に取り付けることができます。レールキャリア、レールプレート、回転アダプタの3種類のプラットフォームをご用意しております。
レールキャリアのベースプレートには結合用のメス型アリ溝が付いています。また、上部には取付け用のタップ穴、ザグリ穴またはスロットが付いています。レールプレートXRN25-RP1/Mには、当社のレールキャリア同様、ベースプレートに結合用のメス型アリ溝とトッププレートに取付け用のタップ穴がありますが、取付け面はより大きくなっており、デッキ高はすべてのXRNシリーズのリニアおよび回転ステージと同じ高さになっています。回転アダプタXRN-R1/Mは、特殊なレールキャリアと回転プラットフォームで構成されており、これらを合わせたデッキ高はXRNシリーズのステージおよびレールプレートと同じ高さになっています。XRN-R1/Mはトッププレートの粗動回転調整が可能です。このトッププレートを取り外してØ12.7 mm(Ø1/2インチ)内孔およびフレクシャークランプを使用することができます。これらはXRN-RB/Mとして別途ご購入いただけます。レールキャリアXRN25-RC4/Mのトッププレートには、 3 mmの「十字溝」があり、当社のキー溝用アクセサリを取り付けられるようになっています。アクセサリはクランプAMA010/Mを使用してM3タップ穴に固定できます。 また、ケージケージロッドを取り付けるためのタップ穴も30 mm間隔で4つ開いているため、ケージシステムを組み組むことができます。

XR & XRN Dovetail Stages and Accessories
Our XR series manual stages feature quick-connect dovetails that allow for the construction of multi-axis systems without the need for additional hardware. The common dovetail feature with a single locking clamp makes it quick and simple to swap parts in and out while preserving excellent orthogonality.

Most items are available in compact (2" dovetail) and full-size (3" dovetail) varieties. Adapters are available to interface between the two sizes. See tables 107F and 107G for all available options.
Linear Translation Stages
Thorlabs' Quick-Connect Linear Translation Stages feature 2 inch or 3 inch dovetails for which the female dovetail on the bottom of one stage mates to the male dovetail on another as shown in Figure 107A. Many of these stages have micrometers that can be switched between end-mounted and side-mounted configurations (see Figures 107C and 107D). We also offer vertical translation stages that feature graduated scales to indicate the amount of translation. In Figure 107E, the base plate of a vertical stage is removed to expose the mounting boss which enables additional mounting configurations. The stages featuring 25 mm of travel can also be paired with motors. For specific information on our Quick-Connect Linear Translation stages please see Table 107F.

Figure 107C Stages are available with either a side- or end-mounted micrometer. The stage can be converted from one configuration to the other using our Micrometer Conversion Kits and a standard set of hex keys or balldrivers.

Figure 107E The base plate on our vertical stages can be removed to access a mounting boss on the bottom of the stage. This allows the stage to be mounted on a base plate for a smaller footprint or a rotation adapter for coarse angular positioning.

Rotation and Goniometric Stages
Thorlabs' Quick-Connect Rotation Stages provide 360° of continuous manual rotation and are offered with 2" or 3" dovetails. Our Goniometric stages provide ±8° of precise rotation about a fixed point in space and come with 2" dovetails. More information on Thorlabs' Quick-Connect Rotation stages and the XRNG Series Goniometers can be found in Table 107G.

当社では、XRNシリーズのステージに直接取り付けられるレールキャリアを3種類ご用意しております。このレールキャリアにより、ステージのマイクロメータによる精密位置決めに加えて粗調整も可能になります。また、オプトメカニクスアセンブリを取り付けるためのステージのネジのオプションも拡張します。 キャリアXRN25-RC4/Mには、キー溝用アクセサリに対応する2つの直交する3 mmのアライメント溝が付いています。これらのアクセサリはM3タップ穴にクランプAMA010/Mを使用して固定できます。キャリアXRN25-RC4/Mには、ケージロッドを取り付けるためのタップ穴も30 mm間隔で4つ開いており、ケージシステムを組み込むことができます。さらに、プレート上にある11個のM4タップ穴でクランプアームを固定することもできます。 穴パターンについての詳細はTable G1.3をご覧ください。
レールキャリアにはメス型アリ溝があり、これをXRN25シリーズステージ側面のオス型アリ溝にはめ込み、ステージ上をスライドさせて取り付けます。キャリアの位置は片端にあるクランプアーム(5 mm六角レンチ使用)によって固定できます。このようなシンプルな手順でXRN25シリーズステージ上のキャリアを素早く交換することができます。

レールプレートXR25-RP1/Mを使用することで、取り付ける部品のデッキ高を、XRNシリーズのステージと同じにすることができます。デッキ高が一致していると、取り付けられている部品のZ軸を調整することなく、レールプレートとステージ間を移動させることができます。XRN25-RP1/Mの上部には深さ7.6 mmのM6 x 1.0タップ穴(止まり穴)が14個付いています。このレールプレートは、付属のアリ溝用クランプネジを用いて、幅50.7 mmのアリ溝式レールに固定します。ネジの最大トルクは1.69 N・mです。またプレートの両端にあるM6 x 1.0ザグリ穴スロットにより、光学テーブルやブレッドボードに直接取り付けることができます。

回転アダプタXRN-R1/Mは、幅50.7 mmの2つのアリ溝式部品を、取付け面に垂直な回転軸に対して取り付けることができます。取り付けた部品は360°の粗動回転が可能です。取り外し可能なトッププレートには、M6タップ穴が5個、M4タップ穴が4個あり、全ての辺には幅50.7 mmのオス型アリ溝が付いています。アダプタを回転させるときは、5 mm六角レンチでベースプレートの右側の固定ネジを緩めます(ベースプレートは単体でXRN-RB/Mとしても販売しております)。アダプタを幅50.7 mmアリ溝に対して固定するときは、5 mm六角レンチで左側の固定ネジを締め付けます。これらのネジはFigure G3.1でご覧いただけます。
XRN-R1/Mを用いてステージを垂直方向に取り付ける場合は、バネの張力と重力が反対方向に働くような領域までステージを回転させないでください。このように垂直に設置する場合は、回転範囲は180°に制限されます。また、XRN-R1/Mはトッププレートとベースプレートの2つの部品から構成されており、トッププレートとベースプレートは固定ネジを緩めると分離します。そのため、垂直方向に取り付けた状態で回転用固定ネジを緩める場合には注意が必要です。
アダプターベースプレートXRN-RB/Mは、単体でもご購入いただけます。回転アダプターベースプレートにはフレクシャークランプが付いており、Figure G3.3のようにØ12.7 mmの部品のレールキャリアとしてもご使用が可能です。さらにAD12BAを用いると、Ø12 mm光学ポストなどØ12 mmの部品にもご使用いただけます。
ズーム- アダプタXRN-A1：幅50.7 mmのアリ溝付き部品を、幅75.7 mmのアリ溝付き部品の上に直交する向きに取り付けることを可能にします。
- アダプタXRN-A2：幅50.7 mmのアリ溝付き部品を、幅75.7 mmのアリ溝付き部品の上に平行に取り付けることを可能にします。
- アダプタにより部品の高さが7.0 mm高くなります。
これらのアダプタを使用して、幅50.7 mmのアリ溝付きのクイック接続クロスローラーベアリングステージまたはアクセサリを、幅75.7 mmのアリ溝付き部品に取り付けることができます(Figure G4.1とG4.2参照)。アダプタXRN-A1では直交方向に、アダプタXRN-A2では平行方向に取り付けられます。Figure G4.2の写真の構成では、取り付けられたステージはレールに沿って移動することができますが、その方向はステージの移動方向と平行です。
組み立てるには、まず上側のステージやアクセサリの端にあるアリ溝の固定ネジを緩めます。下側のステージまたはレール上にアダプタをセットし(Figure G4.1とG4.2参照)、さらにアダプタ上に上側のステージをセットします。最後に上側のステージの端にあるアリ溝固定ネジ(最大トルク:1.69 N･m)を、アセンブリ全体が固定されるまで締め付けます。なお、アダプタの側面の奥深くに付いているネジはお客様ご自身で調整するネジではありませんのでご注意ください。
