当社の小型回転ステージPR005/Mを使用して、小型のオプトメカニクスアセンブリを精密回転させることができます。固定ネジを緩めると、ステージを手動で連続的に滑らかに回転させることが可能で、マウント側面の5°単位の目盛を使って回転を測定することができます。「ENGAGE FINE ADJUST」と記載されているネジを締め付けて粗動を防ぎ、微調整ネジを使用して±6°の微調整を行うことができます。「LOCK」と記載されているネジを締め付けると、ステージを完全に固定して動かなくすることができます。これらの3種類のネジには2.0 mmの六角レンチまたはボールドライバをご使用いただけます。

右図のように、この回転プラットフォームには中央にM4タップ穴が1個、その周りにM3タップ穴が8個あります。 また、3個のM6取付け用ザグリ穴を使用して光学テーブルまたはブレッドボードに取り付けることもできます。

ステージPR005/Mの耐荷重は精密回転マウントPR01/Mと同じですが、設置面積は大幅に小さくなっています。

Dear Sir or Madam, kindly provide information regarding the angular resolution of your fine hex adjuster in this setup, e.g. degrees of rotation per full rotation of the screw. Thank you in advance.

Hello, thank you for contacting Thorlabs. Unfortunately, we do not have a spec regarding the angular resolution per rotation of screw as it is not a constant value. This is because the contact point for the adjuster screw inside the stage moves on a radius.

Dear Sir or Madam, could you please tell me the approximate max. horizontal load if we we use the PR005/M upside down? We would like to flip the device (180°), that means that there will be a pull force instead of a push force on the bearings. Kind regards, Thomas Schönfelder

Hi Thomas, thank you for contacting Thorlabs. While we do not have a formal spec for upside down loads, you can expect a similar load capacity as when the stage is mounted flat on a table. I have reached out to you directly to discuss your loading conditions further.

当社では手動式および電動式の回転マウントと回転ステージを豊富にご用意しております。回転マウントの内孔はØ12 mm～Ø12.7 mm(Ø1/2インチ)、Ø25 mm～Ø25.4 mm(Ø1インチ)、またはØ50 mm～Ø50.8 mm(Ø2インチ) の光学素子取付け用に設計されております*。また回転ステージには、様々な部品やシステムが取り付けられるようにタップ穴が配置されております。電動式は、DCサーボモータ、2相ステッピングモータ、あるいはElliptec™共振ピエゾモータにより駆動されます。いずれも360°の連続回転が可能です。　

*下表のマウントは、Ø12.7 mm、Ø25.4 mm、Ø50.8 mmの光学素子に対して最適設計されています。Ø12.0 mm、Ø25.0 mm、Ø50.0 mmなどの少し小さい光学素子に対してもご使用いただけますが、光学素子の偏心が重要ではない用途でのご使用をお勧めします。
