キネマティックV字型クランプマウントKM100V/MおよびKM200V/Mは、円筒形の部品の±4 °の精密あおり調整(チップ＆チルト)を行ないます。このキネマティックV字型クランプは、ポストに取付けて、ポストホルダ内でポストの位置を変えて高さを調整します。1/4"-80 TPI アジャスターネジには、調整が簡単な刻み付きノブが付いています。このノブは取外しが可能で、デバイスの不要な動きを抑えます。マウントは黒色アルマイト製で、クランプアームポストはステンレススチール製です。オプションの真鍮製固定ナットLN2580を用いて、アジャスタを固定することもできます。

キネマティックV字クランプマウントKM100V/Mは、ファイバーコリメーターパッケージのような円筒形部品を精密に角度調整する必要がある場合に適しています。クランプアームPM3/M(各マウントに1個付属)を使ってしっかりと固定できます。1/4"-80アジャスタによって、1回転あたり8 mrad/revの調整が可能です。
大型キネマティックV字型クランプマウント： Ø7.4 mm ～ Ø 41.7 mm
キネマティックV字クランプマウントKM200V/Mは、上記のKM100V/Mの大型バージョンで半導体レーザーモジュールのような大型の円筒形部品を精密に角度調整する必要がある場合に適しています。このキネマティックマウントは、高いバネ係数を有するバネと大型フレームによって、1 kgまでの荷重を支えることができます。クランプアームPM4/M(各マウントに1個付属)は、2つのタップ穴を選んで取り付けられるようになっております。1/4"-80アジャスタによって、1回転あたり5 mrad/revの調整が可能です。

It appears that this only comes with the screws/adapters to fix it to a standard 1/4-20" XYZ stage in one spot. This leads to instability. Can you please provide the part numbers for an additional screw/adapter?

In general, these mounts come with hardware to mount it in one spot because they are intended for post-mounting. When mounted in this configuration, cranking all the way down on the included cap screw should eliminate the potential rotational instability. Mark Douvidzon

the km100V has in theory up to 4 ways of attaching it to the micro stage. However, due to asymmetries there is only one. For example, if you one wants to have two clamps face each other in mirror symmetry, it is impossible to realize this configuration. I don't understand why the clamp needs to be so asymmetrical. It appears that the designer never had to work with them.
I would recommend to rethink the design and put functionality up the priority list.
