取付けプレートの背面にある3つのネジ(2 mm六角レンチに対応)でミラーを保持し、止めネジで取付けプレートを筐体に固定。

直角マウントKCB1P/Mを使用して、プレートに45°の角度で取り付けたØ25.4 mm(Ø1インチ)軸外放物面(OAP)ミラーのあおり調整(ピッチ&ヨー)ができます。入出力ポートにはSM1ネジが付いており、30 mmケージシステムに対応する深さ6.35 mmのネジ切りなし穴も4個ずつ付いています。ケージロッドは2 mm六角レンチまたはボール(六角)ドライバを用いて8個の止めネジ(セットスクリュ)により固定します。この設計により、ERシリーズロッドアダプタERSCBを使用せずに複数の30 mmケージ部品を直接接続することが可能になっています。あおり調整(ピッチ&ヨー)プレートは3つの100 TPI調整ネジによって、1回転あたり7.6 mradの角分解能で調整できます。アジャスタについているノブは取り外すことができます。また、光学面はマウントの中心に来るように設定されていますが、3つ目のアジャスタを使用して光軸に沿った精密位置調整を行うことが可能です。

マウント前面のポートにはSM1ネジが付いています。コリメート光用のポートには 「∞」のマークがラベル表記されています
この光学素子取付け用プレートに付いている3個のキャップスクリュを使用して、Ø25.4 mm(Ø1インチ)の軸外放物面ミラーを固定します(2 mm六角レンチまたはボールドライバ使用)。背面にある取り外し可能な取付けプレートには、当社のボール位置決め機構とV型溝設計が採用されており、マウント筐体に精密に位置決めすることができます。プレートとマウントは希土類マグネットの組合せにより結合しています。取り付け後は、2 mm六角レンチを用いて固定用の脱落防止ネジで筐体背面にしっかりと固定します。後ろ側から取り付ける設計により、マウントをケージロッドやレンズチューブに取り付けた後も光学素子にアクセスできるというメリットがあります。取付けプレートの背面には、取り付けたミラーの焦点距離や型番を記載できる空白のラベルが刻印されています。また、この取付けプレートには集光ビームやコリメート光用の穴の開いたOAPミラー取付け用の内孔もありますが、このタイプのØ25.4 mm(Ø1インチ)ミラーは現状では標準品としてのご用意がございません。穴付きのØ25.4 mm(Ø1インチ)OAPミラーについては、当社までお問い合わせください。
その他の取付けオプション
当社の軸外放物面ミラーは、Ø25 mm～Ø25.4 mm(Ø1インチ)光学素子用マウントKM100や高安定Ø25.4 mm(Ø1インチ)光学素子用マウントPOLARIS-K1S5のようなネジ切りなし穴付きキネマティックミラーマウントに取り付けることもできます。

I have a question to the Right-Angle Kinematic Mount for Off-Axis Parabolic Mirrors (KCB1P/M).
For the third adjuster which can be used for fine tuning the position along the optical axis, I read: Z-Axis Translation Using All Three Adjusters: ±0.12" (±3.0 mm).
What does this really mean? Could you send me a drawing that explains what the function? I think this option is very important for me.

(posted 2024-01-26 12:19:47.0) Thank you for contacting Thorlabs. Using all three adjusters will produce a translation along an axis that is oriented 45° with respect to the optical axis. We refer to this axis as the "Z-axis" in the description of this product. Using the third adjuster on its own would not produce translation strictly in the optical axis. The maximum component of translation along the optical axis is ± 3.0 mm * Cos(45°) = ± 2.12 mm. Due to this 45° angle, the centration of the beam on the mirror will be impacted by translation in the Z-axis. This can be helpful in the alignment process.
