マウントK5X05のピッチ、ヨーおよびZ軸移動用の3つのアジャスターネジはそれぞれ個別にロックできますが、X軸とY軸はロックすることができません。マウントK5X1とK5X2の5つのアジャスターネジには、すべてロック用ネジが付いています。マウントKC5X1/MのX軸またはY軸をロックするにはロック用カラーF19SC1(別売り)が必要で、ピッチ、ヨー、またはZ軸をロックするにはロック用カラーF25SC1(別売り)が必要です。

マウントには垂直方向と水平方向にラインが刻印されており、これらは光学素子取付け部のアライメントにご利用いただけます。

I want to connect K5X2 to GBE05-A. I would like to ask you a few questions about this. 1. I tried to connect through SM2A30 and it seems that there is interference between SM2A30 outer diameter and K5X2 inside. (on 3D cad) 2. When I contacted SM2A30 and K5X2 and checked it in 3D, it seems that SM2A30 is over the K5X2 adjustment part. I would like to ask if this is not connected. In addition, I would like to get recommendation if there is a mount that can adjust the angle and displacement of GBE05-A. Thank you.

Hi, I want to mount a ZBE1UVB beam expander on a K5X1 5-Axis Locking Kinematic Mount. Is this possible? Can it be installed directly, or do I need to purchase an adapter? Also, is the load capacity of the K5X1 sufficient?

Thank you for contacting Thorlabs. The K5X1 has an SM1-threaded aperture and the ZBE1UVB has external SM1 threads on both ends so it can be screwed in directly. I have reached out to you directly via email to discuss your application further.

Hello, in the drawing of the K5X05-Mount you can see the nominal values. Do they describe the case, where the K5X05 is shown in the middle of it's adjustment range? (So it's z-range is 4.6mm, does the drawing show the mount, when it's in the middel of that, at 2.3mm, so i can move it 2,3mm in either direction?)

Thank you for contacting Thorlabs. Yes, you are correct. The CAD drawing shows the mount at its nominal position, meaning at the middle of its travel range.

Hello, thank you for contacting Thorlabs. Unfortunately, this is not possible as these XY adjusters feature a 3/16" mounting barrel while the PIAK10 has a 1/4"-80 Thread and 3/8" Barrel. We do not have any compatible motorized actuators for the 3/16"-100 thread.

Hello Glenn, thank you for contacting Thorlabs. The K5X1 has an SM1-threaded bore, to which you can connect a thread adapter (like our SM1A10) in order to adapt to C-mount threads. I will reach out to you directly to discuss your application further and see if this product is suitable.

Response from Bweh at Thorlabs USA: We don't have a single solution at the moment. One way to achieve this now is to couple an XY mount such as the LM1XY to a rotation mount such as the CRM1 (or similar) using a coupler like the SM1T2 (or similar).

30 mmケージ用5軸キネマティックマウントKC5X1/Mは5軸(ピッチ、ヨー、XYZ方向)の調整が可能です。このマウントにはSM1内ネジ付きの光学素子取付け穴があり、厚さ9.5 mmまでのØ25 mm～Ø25.4 mm(Ø1インチ)光学素子を、付属の固定リングSM1RRを用いて固定できます。固定リングはスパナレンチSPW602、SPW606、またはSPW801を使用して締め付けます。光学素子の厚さがそれ以上の場合は、まず当社のSM1シリーズレンズチューブに取付け、そのレンズチューブをマウント前面プレートのSM1内ネジに取り付けます。前面プレートには垂直方向および水平方向のラインが刻印されており、これらは光学素子のアライメント用に使用できます。

角度とZ軸移動は3つの1/4"-80ネジで調整し、これらのネジはロック用カラーF25SC1(別売り)で固定できます。X軸およびY軸は2つの3/16"-100ネジで調整しますが、これらはロック用カラーF19SC1(別売り)で固定できます。5つのアジャスターネジはすべて2 mm六角レンチまたはボール(六角)ドライバ(付属しておりません)で操作可能です。また、角度およびZ軸移動用の3つのアジャスターネジにはノブが付いています。Figure G2.2に示すように、マウントの前面プレートと背面プレートの間に付いており、手で回すこともできますし、各ノブのエッジにある6つの穴のいずれかに2mm六角レンチを挿入して回すこともできます。

ポスト取付け用の2つのM4 x 0.7ネジ穴は90°の位置に配置されているため、マウントをポストに取り付ける際は右手系でも左手系でも構成できます。マウントには、Ø6 mm ERシリーズケージロッドを取り付けるための4つの貫通穴があり、これらを用いて30 mmケージシステムに取り付けることができます。ケージシステム内での適切な位置が決まったら、背面プレートのロック用固定ネジ(2 mm六角)を用いてロッドに固定します。
